Alinda Storage is conveniently located at 1618 Landisburg Road (PA-850 E), Landisburg, PA 17040, just minutes from Landisburg, Elliottsburg, Loysville, Shermans Dale, New Bloomfield, and Carlisle.


Office visits are available by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule a time if you need in-person assistance.


Yes. Customers enjoy 24-hour, year-round access, allowing you to visit your storage unit whenever it’s convenient.


Currently, all storage units feature drive-up access, making loading and unloading quick and convenient.


We offer five unit sizes to accommodate a variety of storage needs and budgets: 5’x10’, 10’x10’, 10’x15’, 10’x20’, and 10’x30’.


We have outdoor spaces available to store your camper, trailer, boat, truck, and RV. Cars and small trucks can typically be stored indoors, in a 10x20 or 10x30 unit, or one of our outdoor spaces.


No. Storage units do not include electrical service.


Yes. LED lighting has been installed throughout the property to improve visibility, safety, and accessibility during early morning and evening visits.


Yes. Security cameras record activity throughout the facility; however, cameras are not actively monitored at all times.


Yes. A portable restroom is available onsite as a convenience for customers.


At this time, we do not sell moving supplies, locks, dollies, or other retail items at the facility.


Getting Started

You can reserve a unit quickly through our online reservation portal or contact us directly to check availability and secure your space.


After reserving a unit, you’ll schedule an appointment to complete the lease agreement. During this visit, we will provide your key, show you your unit, and review important details so you can move in at your convenience.


Yes. You may reserve a unit online or contact us directly, and the rental process can be completed remotely by phone or email for added convenience.


No. All rentals are offered on a month-to-month basis, giving you flexibility without long-term commitments.


Yes. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required at the start of your rental.


A lock is provided as a courtesy when you rent a unit, though you are welcome to use your own lock if preferred.


Insurance is not required; however, Alinda Storage does not assume liability for stored items. We recommend speaking with your insurance provider to explore coverage options if desired.


When you’re ready to move out, please notify us in advance, ideally before your next payment is due, as partial-month refunds are not provided.

Remove all belongings, sweep the unit clean, and return your key to the office. Your security deposit will then be mailed back to you.


Billing

Rental payments are due on the first day of each month. A 10-day grace period is provided before any late penalties apply.


Payments can be made online through your tenant account or at the office. In-person payments may be submitted directly or placed in the secure payment drop slot.


We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, as well as cash and checks.


Visit the online Tenant Account Manager and select “Create Account.” Enter the last seven digits of your phone number on file along with your unit number. Then provide an email address, create a password, set a security question, and click Submit to complete setup.


Yes. Automatic payments are available for added convenience. Simply log in to your tenant account, select your unit, choose Automatic Payment, and enable recurring credit card payments on the due date by entering your payment information.


Yes. Log in to your tenant account, select your unit, and choose Make Payment. Follow the prompts to submit a payment or prepay future rent.


Yes. Pennsylvania requires sales tax on self storage rentals. Churches, charitable organizations, and qualified nonprofits may be tax-exempt by providing a valid Pennsylvania Exemption Certificate, which must be submitted for tax removal from monthly billing.


General Storage Questions

Yes. Hazardous materials such as flammable or explosive items, perishable goods including food or livestock, and any items prohibited by law may not be stored at the facility.


If your key is lost, please contact us right away. Our team will assist you with regaining access to your storage unit.


The size you need depends on the items you plan to store. For larger belongings such as furniture or appliances, we recommend measuring items in advance. You can also visit our Size Guide page for helpful guidance.


Yes. Customers may transfer to a larger or smaller unit as their needs change, based on availability. Please check online availability or contact us for assistance with a unit transfer.
